Cutting new Boot cowl pieces.

 I used .020 2024 T3 to cut the new Boot cowlings. I used the old ones as patterns.

TKI Racing landing gear options

 TKI has two options for the experimental Stinson. https://store.tk1racing.com/

1. Traditional Cabane like a Supercub

2. A Strut replacement. 

Neither of these are STC’d and would have to be a field approval.

Rebuild the Cleveland brakes and installed new tires.

 

Lower cowling tunnel

 So my side tunnels were damages, I thought I could make new ones, so I spent a lot of time making new ones until the last one cracked during bending and I said screw it and bought new ones from ACS.!
